At Outdoshop, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy provides you with the necessary details for returning or exchanging products.
 
1. Return Eligibility
You are eligible to return your purchase under the following conditions:
 
You must return the item within 30 days of receiving it.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Watches that have been altered or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
Customized or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
2. How to Return Your Product
If you wish to return a product, follow these steps:
 
Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team via email at info@outdoshop.click or by phone at (775) 322-9662. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and your preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number, which you will need to include with your return.
Shipping the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The return address will be provided upon authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note:
 
Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
4. Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange your item for a different model or size, we are happy to assist. Please follow the return steps above, and indicate your exchange preference when contacting us. The item you wish to exchange for must be available, and any price differences will be processed accordingly.
 
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
 
Customized, engraved, or personalized watches.
Gift cards.
Watches purchased at a discounted rate or during a sale, unless otherwise specified.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective watch, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide a full refund or exchange for the item at no additional cost, including return shipping.
 
7. Changes to the Refund and Return Policy
We may update this Refund and Returns Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates or changes.
